In short, how? I'm enjoying walking through the lands of Rune Midgard, but I can't seem to find a way to go back from Morroc to Prontera besides Kafra's teleportation services. Considering I saved in Morroc with the Kafras, are there any way I can go back to Prontera on foot?

I think it's possible if you pass through the quarantined area.  You get there by talking to Continental Guards where a portal would normally be.

Yep! Exit north from Morroc and there'll be a guard where the east portal used to be. He'll give you the option to teleport to Prontera directly or one of the fields, completely bypassing the Satan Morroc map. Enjoy the walk bud!
