The tittle pretty uch sums it up. I did not play for some time (some months), tried to login and this mesage pop's up. Already searched for people haveing this problem and found some old forum posts about it, seems that it just happens to some people sometimes and support solves the problem, so... Can you guys solve it to me? Character names: Kyneal, Kynealus, Kynealoot if I remeber right, there is another character in the account, but I don't remember how I named it.
There is also a second account in my email that is with the same issue, but I cant remember tha name of the character in it. Can you guys just solve this problem in all accounts associerted with my email, please? Thanks.

1. You have to send a ticket to the support team in order to get an answer. https://support.warpportal.com/Main/
2. If a GM discovered you used Bots or illegal think (like grf grayworld), you are screwed.
3. there is a chance that your account was hacked (It happened now to lot of people) and the hacker did illegal stuff with your account.
4. If you are playing from Europe you can't play on iRO or Warpportal games. (yep, racist laws)

Well, looks like I've been hacked. Anyone else that you know of, got hacked and successfully got their items and account back by any chance? I just hope there is still a chance.

My item in Chaos has been succesfully restored 98% (2 item cant be brought back, maybe duplicated/hacked item)
My account in ROT also has been hacked and now under investigation.. i do hope they put my items back, specially my costumes.

may i ask what items were duplicated? I want to take care of in the future when i'll buy gears.
