I heard there is a free stat/skill reset is this true?

• Christmas Event begins!
  • Snow and Christmas Music turned on for many cities
  • Santa Visits Prontera until 1/4
  • Snow Flower Festival begins in Aldebaran (Guide Incoming)

Santa NPC is still in Prontera, but we are not able to interact with him, the message box doesn't pop out when we click on Santa, so I'm not able to reset skills/stats or get the christmas gifts with my character... Will you fix it?

@Campitor and other Mods,

Can somebody from your end confirm if the free stat/skill reset from Prontera's Santa Klaus has ended already or can we still use it? A lot of my friends say that they were able to avail of the service last month. I just don't know if I am missing something that's why Santa Klaus isn't starting any conversation or that the event has already finished. Please respond before this coming maintenance. Thank you.

santa dont do anything, everytime i click, is like he not there, is my last day to reset my character

So the harvest event has ended.

 

How do I remove the High quality branches and the boar trap from my inventory.

 

I can't drop them or sell them. The weight is zero but i would like to remove them.
