A few minutes a go I noticed that my Warp Portal password accounts were reset, which was a few days prior to the notice that was posted by WP in their blog. The problem is that I didn't have the chance to reset the in game accounts (I did have access to those accounts hours ago), considering that I do not have access to these emails (lost in the years...) and as this "Password Change Campaign" will reset my in game passwords on January 5th... Did I just lost years of playing?

 

Any GM could just pls help on this?

Hmm, I know that any accounts that haven't been logged into since October 14th, 2020 at the beginning of the notice were automatically updated. But if you had already been logged into it just hours ago, then it shouldn't have been changed within the last few hours.

My ticket is still open, the GM who replied asked me to reset the password with my WP accounts, but that is the problem, right? I've no access to those WP accounts because you have reset those WP accounts before the due date.

It is advisable to not sharing your ticket number in your post. Instead you can PM the CM or mods your ticket number and ask them for assistance. Cheers.
