it looks like it has been fixed yet..

 

i created my account over steam and when i try to replenish my Kafra point over Warpportal website, it just doesn't work.

 

is there any plan to have it fixed?

 

or is there anyway to go around this issue ?

That's not considered an issue, so it won't get fixed. Steam RO1 accounts must go through Steam to get KP added to Steam RO1 accounts.

 

However, you can get around it by creating additional RO1 accounts for the same WP account. For example:
- WP account: some E-mail address

- RO1 account 1: some Steam-created login

 

Log in to WP directly and create additional RO1 logins for that WP account. Then you can transfer WPE to KP for the additional RO1 accounts (but not the Steam-created accounts).

 

EDIT: However, if you're buying something from the store that can't be traded, you're SOL and have to accept the worse bonus rates of Steam to KP.

When and what was this update? I bought KP through Steam last month, and I created my account via Steam in 2014.

its been a issue after the big date for me =(

 

i guess its kinda good thing that stops me from spending my money hahahaha
