Not this account but my gf's account. She can't log in, nor can she change her password. When she clicks "forgot password" it says "oops something went wrong!" and when she tries to change her game password, it just says "the current password is incorrect", even though her password was automatically reset in october because of the new system. She's also 100% sure she's using the right password anyway, just in case. Anybody else got this problem?

p.s. we sent a support ticket but they are taking multiple days to respond and have barely helped at all other than them asking a completely arbitrary question which has nothing to do with the situation.
