Whenver I send ticket to verify gears GM Armaia is very difficult to deal with.
This particular GM Armaia seems to be either completely unprofessional or is simply untrained?
He/She has a standard response prepared for every ticket that goes to him.
3 of my tickets unfortunately landed with to him and everytime I got standard response from him about details already mentioned in the ticket form.
To understand this issue further, i copied the details i entered and opened a fresh ticket which went to a different GM and it the gear was verified in less than a couple of hours. No one came up with a silly questionaire of things already mentioned.
I was of the impression GM team is here to make things easier for us and not bother us with a zillion questions
Here is his standard response :

We will wait for more information from you.
"
Below details are already filled in the form to log ticket always... I don't understand how can he repeatedly not see it?

And as for the other two questions where else do i get the item? I already mentioned it was traded in game... Gears are either droped or traded...
GM can review some logs themselves? Or are we supposed to spoon feed everything?
In that case I wonder why do they even exist???
The reason for this outburst is, its mad bunny event time so any new weapon like JDR or Poison forged spear I acquire i have to make them to +14 or +15 or +16 and this needs to be done in time before the event is gone.... But GM seems to be hell bent on delaying everything...
There should clearly be an option to ask GM to refer ticket to other GM.
