Inconsistent GM Armaia response

Hi,
Whenver I send ticket to verify gears GM Armaia is very difficult to deal with.
This particular GM Armaia seems to be either completely unprofessional or is simply untrained?
He/She has a standard response prepared for every ticket that goes to him.
 
3 of my tickets unfortunately landed with to him and everytime I got standard response from him about details already mentioned in the ticket form.
 
To understand this issue further, i copied the details i entered and opened a fresh ticket which went to a different GM and it the gear was verified in less than a couple of hours. No one came up with a silly questionaire of things already mentioned.
I was of the impression GM team is here to make things easier for us and not bother us with a zillion questions
 
Here is his standard response :
 
"
Thank you for sending your ticket, before we proceed your request,
- Account name :
- Character who hold the item :
- where did you get the item :
- when did you get the item :
- Server :
 
We will wait for more information from you.
"
 
 
Below details are already filled in the form to log ticket always... I don't understand how can he repeatedly not see it?
- Account name :
- Character who hold the item :
- Server :
 
 
And as for the other two questions where else do i get the item? I already mentioned it was traded in game... Gears are either droped or traded... 
GM can review some logs themselves? Or are we supposed to spoon feed everything?
In that case I wonder why do they even exist???

The reason for this outburst is, its mad bunny event time so any new weapon like JDR or Poison forged spear I acquire i have to make them to +14 or +15 or +16 and this needs to be done in time before the event is gone.... But GM seems to be hell bent on delaying everything...
There should clearly be an option to ask GM to refer ticket to other GM.

Its ok. You just have bad ticket RNG lol

GM Armaia has assisted me fre times and he did wonderfully. Actually I've never had an issue with ticket. All GMs have been very competent.

Reading your issue however though seems like GM Armaia hasn't done anything wrong beside asking you to confirm the information again.

Just answer the questions again. Relax, the sooner you answer the "same" questions to assist the GM, the sooner he helps you solve the issue hahaha

selecting the proper form to fill up when filling a ticket is a good etiquette and also the content and title of the ticket, so GMs dont ask unnessary things...

 

btw, never have a problem with the support ticketing system even with that GM xD

Why are you making a big deal about this? Sounds like GM is being thorough...

If you get hit by this a lot, best way is for you to write a ticket like this.

 

 

Dear Warpportal Support Service,

 

I would like to request a verification on the item xyz. The details are as follows:

 

- Account name :
- Character who hold the item :
- where did you get the item :
- when did you get the item :
- Server :

99.99% sure they won't ask again since you already gave the details in the format that is easy to see.  :D
 
Help them so they can help you. They have to read through a lot of verification tickets so maybe their eyes are tired. I still write mine in paragraphs though. 
 
The time for another GM to reply a new ticket and the same GM replying after you give them those details are the same anyway.

Logged another ticket with exactly same content a different GM picked the ticket and verification completed in less than 30 mins.

Then consider it your lucky day. Nil issues with any GM that ever handled my tickets though, I just know to write in a respectable tone and likewise they will give me respect too.

Its good to always be thorough regardless of the profession you are in. The GM did nothing wrong, just trying to make the situation as full of clarity as possible

The whole idea behind having to fill out details 2 times for same thing beats the purpose..
Character name
Account id

These are already mandatory field in any ticket, and were already filled out... Asking for it again on every ticket clearly beats the purpose of having the form...
