Trying to buy VIP, gives me an error "The Deal has failed"
I have enough points
tried relogging
tried going to another area
tried using a different character
tried opening and closing the kafra shop again, no available.
Fix it please

Any plans to extend the Christmas EXP Event too?
Also, do we know if we have VIP Boxes in inventory (or we buy them in game from vendors), will the service activate when using it now? Don't want to open it uselessly and then submit a ticket when I know there is an issue.
