problem with entering the game!

I'm trying to log in to the warp portal support,it doesn't accept a username and password!!!

Hi iLuki! As part of our Password Change Campaign that began 12/14/2020 and ended on 1/4/2021, all WarpPortal accounts and game passwords were changed if you did not change them during that time. Please send in a ticket to WarpPortal Support where they can verify your information and assist you further. Apologies for the confusion!

    • When registering, I received an email with a username and password,I described my problem in this email and sent it, this is all I managed to do, since I can't log in to support under the username and password that was specified during registration!

yea i can't use the support thing or reset password link either it seems in 2 different web browsers :-/

 

soo I DID email them , but unless they reply to my email and fix my accounts, it seems I can't play game even if I want to lols.  Or if I made a new account over again and just started from the begininng...again.......i doubt i will this lol.

 

it seems i will be doing other things, playing other games, unless my accounts are back .  i don't run a game company, but... something about this password reset thing doesn't really seem like it was a good idea o_O

They changed all my passwords as well without my permision. i sent a ticket to see what can be done about it... but knowing how bad the support is, i guess I've lost everything.

    • the problem was solved by changing the password independently, confirmation came to the mail where I changed the password using the link in the email!!!

The issue is that most players dont have the original Email, and they cannot login to sent ticket.

ya that too.  i managed to reset my password from the link on playrequiem.com for 1/4 accounts that I can log in to the emails with.  which happens to be a newer account with only a lvl 89 radiant on it............  the other 3 accounts have my lvl 90 characters and i dont remember which email address i used to create them with.......

 

soooo...............yaaa.............o_O  (>_>)

 

guess i will play something else lols........ O_o........kinda funny - i can just picture someone at warpportal being like "we haven't reset passwords in 13 yrs, lets just reset them now - what could possibly go wrong ?"  lols.......o_O

 

i dont run a game company so idk, but WOW O_O

 

I started playing in 2007, stopped in 2009-2010ish and then started again in 2020.  I'm guessing its not really the same ppl making game decisions that used to run it :/  .....okie.....

You , guys , game team is AWESOM!!! i lose my Eu accounts where was playng from s1 and farm like crazy to make colect items (without clone invasion) , now lose my new one where was make it to play sometimes !  Close this fake game and stop scam adicted people!  have a nice day and bay !
