RT, I think a lot of players are asking for this bug fix in many threads but you warpportal team has never done anything, and pretend not seeing it? If RO is your product, then this is a production bug flying for more than 7 months, I don't think this looks good for a mature company isn't it?

 

CMMayari told me someone named "Cordite" on forum are helping on the bug fixes, but where is the communication? Can't you just be more transparent to players if you are REALLY doing something?

I understand that maybe they need approval from kRO to move forward (I also heard this rumor a few years back), but this should NOT be the excuse of moving things this slowly. They can try to push kRO and let kRO know this is a high priority, rather than waiting passively and think like "whatever I don't care a -_-", since many players are complaining this issue for months (literally in almost all maintenance threads, ppl are talking about this). The lack of communication makes things even worse, they don't have to say "still in progress" every week, but no communication will make people think warpportal is doing nothing or at most paying super low effort to resolve issues.
