Kinda uneven since BXB is level 4 and Crimson is level 3. However pertaining to the actual question +15BXB Definitely for the win. But out weighing the costs +15 Crimson bow is only a few hundred zeny where a +15BXB depending on enchant is over 2b. Unless you wanna make your own. During refine event +15 level 3 is probably 1-3 HD Brad Boxes and +15 Level 4 can probably Take anywhere from 1-10 HD Boxes depending on how lucky you are.

bxb would have a higher warg damage but lower arrow damage
