let say if I have three +10 Malicious which is +30 total,

 

then, will I have 4% chance of restoring 6% damage as HP ?

or

will I have 4%*6=24% chance of restoring 6% damage as HP ?

chance stays at 4% whatever the total refine level is

Chance is always 4% to proc but the % healed goes up every 5 refine levels.

 

However, I am seeing 2 sources with different info for the amount healed... with 30 refine levels you are getting either 8% (iRODB) or 10% (Div-Pri) healed at a 4% chance. Do we know which source is accurate? I tend to use iRODB but who knows, haha.
