My guess: VIP item issue

 

Fixing the missing sprites and item descriptions from the LNY event doesn't seem likely, but that's also possible.

Currently were doing a ground up server restart. Game will be back in a little bit. Once the servers are up I will login and turn on the purification stones.

out of schedule restarts are to fix stuff that can't/is better not to wait for the weekly mainteance to deal with

i just came after 3 months. staying in instance even after a disconnect is great, but haven't tried with ET. I got DC while in the middle of it and Camp saying about purification stones mean you still get disconnected from the instance for ET?

No, but depending how long a server restart or server outage takes it knocks that time off of the available time to be in the instance still.

ET usually gives you 4 hours, most people probably don't need that much but if an outage took 4 hours they might have no time left by the time server came up or whatever.

And there can always be the scenario of someone being in there for 3h 55min and about to finish but loses the completion because of the shutdown lol

Thank you. With such a short window, I wish they would tell us ETA or like a few minute heads up when servers would come back up instead of having us wait on forum to see it’s up

everytime a non scheduled server restart happens the purificatio stones are brought up in case it messed with anyone's run of anything.

Oh yeah I knew that part. What I meant was I wish they would tell us the time the server comes back up whenever they restart, I know in the past Campitor has said servers will be opening in 5 minutes or something similar prior to maintinence return but I haven’t seen that in a while whenever there’s a restart. It’s usually a random, Servers are open in the forum

Advice to Campitor please post about server restart before having it.

Purification stones are up for 30 minutes. I never gotten any mvp cards by entering unlimited 30 minute purification stone reset.

I open vip yesterday, i didnt get effect. i didint get answer from my ticket ! and they didnt solve the problem yet !
