Seriously though, if you want to fight for the account, mail support at warp portal... I'm almost sure that if you can prove your very unique story the GM team morelikely will free your accounts.

If only my cat didn't login into my account when I'm not home.. if only my cat had thumbs she would click more humanly but no, there GMs go accusing me of botting >>
did you even bother reading the full thing?
and if you really think this is an excuse i have nothing to say. I even talked with the GM for an hour on the server. Which bot does that?

I don't understand why people post this stuff here. You're just going to get flamed. =/ Better off PMing a gm on these forums or sending in a ticket.
Did it. tickets in my past experience take 5 days... cant see my brothers so sad. Really want them to smile. And i dont know any GM on the forums... posting this in the hope that maybe a GM might see this and speed things up

Any bot that is not a chinese farmer I guess. Personally, if I was the GM I would ask something like, "how can your brothers play 2 different charas at the same time while being phisically connected making it hard to setup them in different PCs? Or do they play by turns alt tabbing?..." or something. Anyways, since your situation is really unique, you should be able to provide some evidence easily ^^;.
Also, if you still have two account as you say , you could try lending them those accounts. Finally, they could ask for themselves. Or you could try playing outside RO with them, I'm sure they would apreciate that a lot too.

You know what you did, don't bother posting on forums, but if you really didn't anything then send a ticket? I dunno.

My 10yo sister plays the game and got banned because she did not reply to GM. (This is only my guess since I don't know the real reason was and my sister is pretty clueless)
I opened ticket and explained the situation the best I could but it is pretty useless. They did not give any detail reasons other than using 3rd party app and stick with their decision to ban the account.
It was during the undelivered gift event where the area does full with bots. So I could understand their reason and the situation.
Anyway, complaining is useless so I refrain to complain that time. So, I just create a new account for her to play and hopefully will not get banned in the future.
I myself lost my passion to play iRO since then.
So, the lesson for me is: I guess I should not comeback for renewal. Such a waste of time.
I hope you get your problem solved. ^^

I wouldn't be surprised if the GM team gets tickets with even funnier excuses though.
