Asking cause iRO Wiki's Crusader's build guide doesn't recommend a Swordman to learn Sword Mastery if the path is towards AGI-Spear Crusader. So should one learn Sword Mastery as a Swordman if the end result is an AGI-Spear Crusader? Elaborate wherever possible.

But if you look at the suggested levels for the skills, all 50 job level points have been used up for skills other than Sword Mastery. So what skills should I learn as a Swordman if I aim to become an AGI-Spear Crusader?

You can always reset skills as long as you're under level 100, which you always will be until you promote to 3rd class. To Ash's point, you can get Sword Mastery 10 to level easier. Once you have enough 2nd class skill points to get Spear Mastery 10, reset your skills if you won't use a sword or Toy Ring.
