Enforces cape and imuke shield still works with set malus wth are these staffs doing. They could’ve just temporarily disable enforcer cape effects or imuke effect.

Are you really updated on what's happening on the server? These costumes are already enchantable since 2018. Please try to login to see what's happening, I thought those new costumes were the one to be enchanted.

I think the list of the costumes should already be enchantable before 2 years.

Did camp just ctrl+c, delete and ctrl+v something in game patch and list as an update?  LMAO

i tried it now and the NPC worked just like it always did. you probably need to take the quest from the NPC Commander Hiva.

I took the quest with Commander Hiva, if you don't do it, you can't even enter the instance.
