The items given randomly from the quest are actual head gears and not costumes. at least for me

The costumes are on the list as well. It gives both.

My apologies I just woke up. I am not experiencing this issue. Is it still occurring? If so can you PM me a tracert? I will check the forums again in a couple hours.

 

What info can I provide to help, and how would I provide it? This is my last allowed post until March 28th since I'm a new member, so I'll try to add in what I can here:

 

-Operating system is Windows 10, using all the latest updates

-I'm using Steam to play, and have downloaded whatever version is linked to it

-I've tried launching the client directly without Steam, yet the result was identical

-The game was 100% fine before this latest round of maintenance patches

-I've scoured the forums for EAC fixes - have tried them all - but have had zero luck making any headway

 

That's about all I've got so far. Hopefully the above can help in some capacity, but I fear the info may be too general to be of much aid; please let me know what else I can do, and I'll do it! I just came back to RO after many many many years of absence, and I'd hate to be cut off from being able to enjoy the game further just because of some technical issues~

Are you getting the EAC Error 10011?

I want to stress that I have no way of testing if this is the solution to your problem as I don't have a machine with the error to test on. But from googling the error code it appears that EAC needs to have it's repair service run. To do so go to your Ragnarok Install folder and find the easy anti cheat setup (For steam its likely to be Steam\steamapps\common\Ragnarok\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_Setup,exe) then select "repair service" if this fixes your issue can you report back?

Hmm, so I was able to play over the weekend but tried to hop online tonight and when loading the client and hitting PLAY, I get the following error every time:

 

 

I haven't done anything since Sunday afternoon so not sure if there was some emergency maintenance or something? Anybody (GM/CM or otherwise) have any idea what this error is and how to fix?
