I understand that i was told to it to be patient but my ticket has been ongoing for 20days now with 0 response
This was my last response from the gm handling my case (the gm answered my ticket quickly and was very helpful getting the process started)

I have heard nothing for 20 days, this is about getting my account transferred to a new e-mail due to i have no access to the e-mail it was originally made with for the password change that is mandatory. I would think i would have gotten a msg from the specialist in this 20 days saying he has my ticket at least and is working on it at least but no.
