a few months ago everyone password was changed, forcing them to verify their e-mails to change their password.
my problem is I created my account when I was in highschool during official ragnarok beta, and I have lost access to the e-mail initially tied to the account. I opened a ticket with support, but they after providing the information they requested, they just waited a few days and closed the ticket with zero resolution. I'll never make a new account to play this game, but I'd like to access my old account. I've spent probably a few hundred on it with VIP and WP and it is the first character I ever played on ragnarok online. I just want to access my account and maybe one day reach max level, as it is something I have never done. I recently restarted in 2020 and was able to get my GX up to 160 before the password change.
The most frustrating thing is just having my ticket closed. I almost just gave up, but I'd like to reach out here and see if anyone can help me.
