Can anyone assist? Tried logging in my old account, however the password won't work because of the reset. Tried "Forgetting password", but the email registered to the account is a Yahoo mail, I can't access it anymore. Can't login to support as well to file a ticket since I can't login.

Am having same problem too >< i change before the event update came ..

 

away for a month suddenly pop out msg require reset . after i click on reset passwords .. another msg pop out ask me send ticket =(

Hello! I apologize for the inconvenience.  Yeah, you should be able to reset your password yourself.. If it's giving you any trouble, it would be advisable to send a ticket over to support. They'll be able to assist you. If there is any delays in their response, feel free to message me your ticket number and I'll try to help expedite the process.
