Hi everyone. Recently I got a +12 King Of Spirit Circlet and tried to use it with my warlock because of the delay reduction,  FCT reduction, and 100% mdef penetration. But there is a problem when I use it with survivor's orb + survivor's manteau it should reduced all my FCT.  70% from KOSC and 50% from survivor but when I use a temporal dex boots the cast time is faster.

FCT % reductions don't stack--only the highest individual % is used.

FCT flat reductions stack (e.g., reduce FCT by 0.5s).

 

When combining % and flat reductions for FCT, the % reduction is calculated after the flat reductions. Take a look at the FCT formula:

The variable for FCT % reductions is Max_FCTReduc--the highest individual % reduction modifier for FCT.

If you don't have 100% magic defense penetration from any other means (for this class or other classes), at least KOSC is still good for that (in addition to 70% FCT reduction), so I hope it was still a good purchase for you.
