This is what is happening on iRO this week.
1. Ticket Issues
As always, if you are experiencing an issue with a ticket or other issue thats not being resolved. Please PM CM Mayari https://forums.warpp...47949-cmmayari/ . She will bring up your case and help us figure out a way to address your unique circumstances.
2. Future Events
4-16-2021 Update: Happy Egg festival is coming to an end this next week. We are currently working on testing the Spring Flower Festival to implement on 4/22. In addition we're working on bringing both the Jump (Booster) and Token event. Though the likely time frame for these is looking like June as there is a lot of prep work to do.
3. Lag and Disconnection Reports
We have been seeing a large uptick in random lag and disconnection reports centered around 8-10AM Pacific Time. If you are experiencing these issues, please report them every time so we can continue to forward them to the IT team.
2-19-2021 Update: The IT team has been fixing several issues found on the network. On our side, this issue appears to have improved. Are you still experiencing this issue?
3-19-2021 Update: Mayari has been forwarding the PH disconnection reports and we are currently investigating what is going on.
4. Future Updates
We will continue to meet with the studio regarding upcoming updates. The update as arrived for testing and will most likely go live in June.
2-19-2021 Update: Currently we're at the phase where the update packages are compared to current files then it is determined what support from various teams are needed. We are receiving warnings that we may not receive the content for testing until May but everyone will make their best effort to try to get things faster. In March there will be a spotlight change at the start of the month. We have not forgotten the RT community and are assembling the Ninja and Gunslinger Update for testing and review.
3-19-2021 Update: For RT, there are major Ninja and Gunslinger updates the studio is reviewing. We will be for sure getting the classes when the update is authorized. It is the unique RT elements (Frenzy fields, item options, and champion monsters) that they want to test and review.
4-16-2021 Update: This month we implemented the Major update for RT. The next few RT maintenances are going to be pushing for bug fixes on this content. Then we're going to start preparing a Scaraba Frenzy Field and the KVM Battleground with full rewards. For renewal the update is still undergoing the studio's review process. Once we receive the update we will share more details.
5-14-2021 Update: We have received the renewal update and have started testing. For list of contents please see below, we will share more detailed information as we document and test each update section.
5. New Kachua and Cash Shop Items
This upcoming maintenance we will be applying the May Kachua Update. In addition Kachua Keys will be coming from special Kachua Ore Boxes on sale for a limited amount of time. We will make a May Kachua Feedback thread. Please share with us what you would like to see in future Kachuas.
