There are several promotional Refine Events that iRO held to help players safely refine rare gears

or expensive cash shop items,at cost of Kafra points or other event items.

 

When these events are ACTIVE, each failed refine attempt will only reduce the upgrade level by 1,

instead breaking--ONLY IF YOU USE CERTAIN TYPES OF ORES, which the event gives benefits.

Also, it gives players higher chance to upgrade items!

 

Be aware that each of these event has different mechanics, some event works only

on a certain level of upgrades, and ores. So, mistakes can be costly, which can lead to item lost.

These are the several refine events in iRO( more to come): 

 

 

 

Enriched Refine Event (starts at 4:13 min)

Good for: Upgrading +4 to +10 items ONLY

Only Ores you should Use: Enriched Oridecon/Enriched Elunium

Benefits: Only degrades 1 upgrade level on failure, instead of breaking

Location: Any Blacksmith NPCs

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refine Rate "Boost"(-2023 word gimmick) Event

 (previously known as, Surprise Refine Rate Event,  Refine Rate Increase Event,Mad Bunny Refine Event,

Refine Event Rave--Title change depending on promo???)

Good for: Upgrading +10 and above items ONLY

Only Ores you should Use: HD Carnium /HD Bradium

Benefits: Gives higher chance of success of upgrade 

                                            Only degrades 1 upgrade level on failure, instead of breaking

Location: Any Blacksmith NPCs

 

 

 

 

 

 

Blacksmith jakk's Hammer(starts at 1:55 min)

(from Jakk's Xmas before Halloween Event)

Good for: Upgrading +4 to +10 (NPC mislabeled only to +9)

Required Item you should Use: 50 Jakk's Present = 1 try a day

Benefits: Free and safe upgrade items +4 up to +10;

No Kafra Points is required 

Location: "Blacksmith Jakk's Hammer" Event NPC at Niffelheim

 

 

 

Monster Token Refine Event 

Good for: Upgrading +4 to +10 

Required Item you should Use: 50 Monster Token = 1 try a day

Benefits: Free and safe upgrade items +4 up to +10;

No Kafra Points is required 

Location: Kafra Headquarters

Great vid, I got mine to +10 Shadow Weap then +9 the rest. How much do you think this'll be worth in the future?

Hi bro!!, haha i only got the shoes at +10 maybe we'll get lucky next time to get it all +10 hahaha!

 

Warpportal has really been generous to us giving this set, which gives us an MVP effect, its worthy all right,and the good thing is, its'  Abundance-- so almost everybody willing to spend will have the chance to experience this!!! I hope they continue to be generous lol!!

 

I hope most players consider this as a good thing , considering some might find it " a bad thing" as it gives everybody chance and  devalue items like eddga card. 

 

For what it is, it's truly worthy!!- and I don't think they'll be given out again in any kachua keys soon after they change the selection.

 

Its really hard to +10 it all so a perfect set would be expensive,but there's Bearer set II which is only 3-piece set, -- this, i think, would be more worthy and expensive! lol
