i guess there is not patch notes yet because there's a lot of stuff: Mechanic improvement complete (now you can use mastersmith skill with mado gear), Performer improvement complete (And now they can use instrument for Severe Rainstorm), Job stones and stuff. 

 

I smell some kind of:

 

- Costumes added to the enchanter

- Some minor issues solved.

- Copy/paste for the last 3 patch notes.

the event now is only safe for items with refines equal or over +10 xd

Oh  so this -Refine Rate Increase Event:

 

- Gives you higher chance of upgrading weapons but breaks weapon/armor in failed attempts with weapons/armors +9 below

 

- Gives you higher chance of upgrading weapons from +10 and above & only downgrades by 1 in failed attempts 

 

Is it right?

Yes it’s basically Mad Bunny Refine Event without the Boxes. So +7~+10 has chance to break but higher rates than enriched event so use Blacksmith blessing to prevent breaking.
+10-+11 is 100% Chance for succeed so use normal Carnium/Bradium.
+11 and up use HD Bradium or HD Carnium to prevent it from breaking,
Failure degrades refinement by 1 refine level and will never go below +10 unless you mess up and use normal ore at +11 and above. Also has a chance to destroy the item.

Not quite. The only change for this event is the rates of success. HD ore whenever it is used, regardless if the item is at +4 or all the way at +19, if the upgrade fails the item's level is reduced by 1 to the minimums of +3 and +10 depending on the HD ore used.

So right now for +11 or higher attempts with normal Carnium and Bradium while you do have double rates your item can break or lose 3 upgrade levels each time it fails (and this can drop your item below 10). So it is HIGHLY recommended you always  use HD Carnium or HD Bradium over +11.

Don't worry. There's a limitless variety of event mobs that loot and/or make annoying sounds for you to choose from. They'll make sure every map has several.

Thanks for the reply bros, CM should have put some labels, regarding the info like "downgrading instead of Breaking"-- just like what they put in the last Enriched Refine event.

 

I been waiting for this event, never knew it was already ongoing      -- and it is because they have another name for it.

I do not want to be rude, but you guys receive lots of USD from the fire sale, updrades events an so on, but you can not even hire a person to post the patch notes.
