It happened on my ranger too     
I only joined this server roughly 1year ++ ago, and I've been doing this with multiple characters daily, this is the first time it happened to me. 

At this point, I don't think I have enough information or knowledge to follow up on this. I heard this was suppose to be a 100% drop while the GM insist  its not

Hello! I apologize for the wait, I got this clarified. Cordite was able to test this on multiple runs and confirmed that it is 100% drop. It seems to be working correctly now as well.

Still an issue, lost 2 GFSS just now

Can you check on the replay file that many of us sent before back then when this issue happens for the first time?

Hi the most hardworking and excellent CM. I have make a ticket and i have got the answer. But it seems the 1 giving me the answer is doing his job brilliantly that his colleague make a prove that his answer is wrong. As a player i already felt the team dont care. JUST DONT CARE. An apologize back at the ticket is just so human

Missed GFSS from map 1,3 and queen. I only came out with 2 out of the 6 GFSS.

Thats mean is mvp drop zonk also bug @cmmayari? Sometime it happend when i m farm mvp in c lab..
Its abit weird because long time ago loots which always dropped from mvp its not dropped.. i think thats also bug? Can u check it?

I just encounter the worst server ever. ALL TREASURE in faceworm drop nothing. all of them.

 

After that? when i saw mob didn't drop anything? I just using Bwing and playing other char instead. Also my PM still didn't read yet.

This bug has been confirmed to be caused by map servers being overloaded with loot. Instances are assigned a random map server upon creation, which is why the bug is intermittent. The issue can be mitigated by distributing high traffic maps to low traffic map servers. I have sent a PM to Campitor with video proof, hopefully he can take a look at it soon.

This bug is pretty inexcusable. We got almost nothing from AOGH. People have lost a LOT of loot by now thanks to this bug. Please fix this quickly, this is worthy of a hotfix.

So the drop bug was not caused or fixed by any .exe update. Between the last and currently, people just didn't report, or the server was running smoothly.

So are we suggesting certain maps are being carpeted with loot (turn ins maybe?) and this is maxing out the limit for shared servers?

Apparently this was sort of known(based on zayaan's findings) for a long time now, due to some "interesting" farming techniques, that loot would stop spawning on a map if an absolutely enormous gigantic amount of loot was already on the ground. What wasn't known is that this limit is apparently shared with an entire map server, and not just that map.

So yeah, pick up your loots :v

So it is AFK player fault too? you can saw that drop on low-ti or mid-ti under there fleets.

Everyone that doesnt pick things up add up to it. Specially those rebels/gx winging around solely to ks ppl and run away, as the killing speed(and thus loot generated) is unmatched.
