i dont know how to post picture, i dont know if they fix it, i am sure Dimensional Gap is Lagging because i can walk normally in prontera when i go to dimensional gap i chock a lot, i cant play today because i can only play every Tuesday to Thursdays when the lag comes back (i am working no RO in office), i am sorry to bearl if he always attack my comment God bless men hope you a nice day everyday.

It's not about this issue being ignored. It all depends on whether or not they're able to find a permanent solution to this issue. But they can't confirm that without testing solutions, which is why this is taking time.  The team can't prematurely declare that they fixed it, only for it to break again soon after. Thank you!

we dont event care if the problem will be fix in 1 year or not but at least you updated or pinned a post about a problem, i already told you a story of my friend that almost quit because he think the problem is the ISP we dont want to do your PR job for free hope you understand that.

I checked the ping again and it seems similar to my previous test, only that Dimensional Gap is a little bit more laggy at this time. Although I do suspect that ISP is a factor but the discrepancy between Dimensional Gap (200+ms) and Eden (160+ms) is noticeable with some delay. Again, it's a recurring lag. Sometimes it's there, sometimes not.

Maybe it will help that this issue (and all other reports/concerns that you forwarded to the team from the forum posts and support ticket) be put up in maintenance notes with a special section like "Pending Issues" so as the players will somehow be at peace knowing that these things are [still] being recognized and worked on.

Yeah, I tested that the previous maintenance notes and it seemed to help a bit, so I was planning to do that again.  Just juggling a lot of stuff this week, but I will have an updated list in this week's notes when I'm able to catch up on everything.

Since it's only happening intermittently, I want to confirm- the lag usually happens for you around 10PM Philippines time? So I can forward that info and hopefully pinpointing it can help the issue. Thank you!

you can feel the lag at Sunday but worse(almost Unplayable) in Tuesdays Philippines Time.

i like to confirm that it's happen continuously(it's gone after maintenance Monday night to Thursdays new world is totally unplayable ) not intermittently.
