Hi, im returning player after 8 years and i tried to do TI where no one recruiting or lf party anymore. Is it a thing now where people jst farm their own or is it just because my bad timing?

Most people solo these days but the places I often see people looking for parties is either in Juno or just inside the entrance of the TI maps. So in game, I would recommend checking Juno more and have your character join a leveling guild. Otherwise out of game you can use Discord to find players that want to party and there are a few servers that can help with that in addition to the ones run by each guild.
