Made a WL on booster event. I've saved some zennies and a refining ticket to ups the headgear but torn which one to get. 
What's the best WL upper headgear rn? Is Celine Ribbon better than the Bio Headgear? Need advice from y'all warlock vets.

Depends on what you're trying to do with your WL and the rest of your gear

Well...pretty much a crimson rock build I guess...I already have a +12 Quad Crimson Valk Knife, A mob scarf set, +9 Illusion Armor Type B, +12 Excellion, Magician Gloves, +12 Geffen Magic Garment, all that's missing is the upper headgear, I do have a +10 KosC on my Sorc, but I already have the mdef bypass covered. Im torn between a Celine Ribbon and the Bio Headgear

Celine's Ribbon + jRO Celine's Brooch is what I'd go with. Cooldown reduction on Bio5 Hat is kinda useless when you can just use Release, especially in the future with Warlock skill improvement.

A Celine with good enchants is a bit pricy rn. Would I be fine if I just get a celine with trash enchants? Or is the enchants that important to make it comparable to other good gears?
