try to use ur phone to load and if that fix the problem then using Win7 as an OS is the problem.

All of them had the same result. Don't have safari so I can test tho

Same thing happened to me, I tried Mozilla, Edge, Chrome, and Opera but it can't seem to upload to power up page. I also filed a ticket but it didn't help. I also tried logging in my phone but it didn't help either. I thought of using different internet provider thinking maybe it has issues with my internet provider, so I tried 3 different internet provider but It still wont push through the power up page.

What I did was, I changed(updated) my warpportal password, and strangely, it fixed my problem. Maybe you can try this method.

This... I don't know. Never gotten those before. I sometimes get the "Failed to create..." but I just needed to restart my computer and it's all fine. Maybe you can try posting under the Renewal Technical Support / Bug Reporting thread.
