Failed to connect to server

Hey everyone

 

Im trying to come back to play, I re-downloaded the client from the web, it patched normally (would be cool to have a newer client for download, took me longer to patch than to download the client), i solved the problems with EAC, but i can't connect with any of my accounts. I get the Failed to Connect to server after like 30 seconds of entering my acc ID and pass. I know some countries are banned from playing here, but that wasnt for mine (Argentina). I don't have any anti-virus program installed and i tried with and without windows firewall. Any clue what the problem could be?

I have the same problem (Brazil), me and my friend tried to login, same error Failed to connect to server

Hello! If it's been a while since you've played, you may have to reset your password. If you're having trouble resetting your password, please go ahead and reach out to our support team: https://support.warpportal.com/Main/

 

There's currently a bug right now where, if you input the wrong password, it'll say that it failed to connect to the server instead of alerting you that you typed in the wrong password. If you haven't logged in in a while, your password may have been automatically changed due to the Password Change Campaign that occurred a couple months ago: http://blog.warpportal.com/?p=13520

that bug has been present for years now (or at least it was when i was playing Renewal), talk about not giving a dime...

i'm currently haveing the same issue i was playing fine then went to store came back and now nothing but cannot connect i have changed my password and still no luck im in the US
