I have already send a ticket about this, but the GM's are nonstop trying to ignore or deny about the fact that ET run drop rates can be bugged for some reason. This happened on one of our ET run, where 80-90% drop rate becomes(feels) as low as 5-10%. I have luckily recorded an rrf video file, but still the support team keeps denying about this. Some of the monsters that didn't drop anything at all are Orc Hero, Baphomet, Dark Lord, FBH, floor 100 boss, floor 102 monsters, and Naght sieger. And pretty sure many others.

It's okay for me to post in there right? Seems like they are talking about Faceworm instance and not ET. I would post my problem there if it's okay
