  • Some NPCs seem to want to draw their illustrations from CardBMP folder, this shouldn't be the case.
  • Map load redistribution. This is being done in order to address some concerns that users are too concentrated on certain servers. This may or may not fix reported issues but it would be step towards improving the situation.

These feel underwhelming. We spend so much on kachua and refine events and we can only get this.

Sounds more like wrong assumptions on how it works than having anything worng with it, specially given there was no follow up to confirm it. 
It's not uncommon for ppl to assume things aren't working when they just don't know how the game calculates stuff.

Its a common scam that has existed for a long time, even in game there's server notices warning that gms dont recruit people and if you receive such messages that is a scam.

If your question is serious, are you asking about being able to purchase OCP and Ygg Ascension boxes/tickets from the Cash Shop? They were removed when the OCP Firesale ended July 8.
