I just downloaded the client and can't enter the game. Server statuses are preventive. Are the servers back on maintenance or is the problem on my side?

Spent two hours yesterday in the Nova Luz Premium dungeon - with a Premium AND the daily Item/Lant drop boost - and BARELY managed to fill up ONE bag worth of stuff... What's with the Item/Lant drop rates after the patch...?????????

How to delete Bank and Expierience items from bag? I opened all cells in bank and after that I have not to delete new Bank extention items that are from Event boxes. Also I can not to delete Possesion Beast Hardcore Accelerator from bag because I have two of them already
