How do I set a profile picture for the forums?

You can set a picture by using this link, which should open your forum profile settings, and then click the "Change my photo..." button and follow the directions there to either upload a properly formatted photo or use a picture you've hosted on the Gravatar service.

what does the size of photo have to be? I cant get it to work .

I'm not sure if there's an exact size you have to make the photo, it just says at least 200px is recommended.

I think its broken, I cant change my profile picture.

I finally got it to work by using gravatar. I couldnt get it to work any other way should help you too though for both images i had i couldnt get the full size forced to crop.

Yes I did use Gravatar, just go to the site, login to my Gmail, and upload my picture in there, maybe you use wrong email (Ymail or Gmail).

I've always had problems with it taking eight years to set and not being able to upload directly from my computer, but uploading from a URL works if you just let the page sit there for like 10-15 minutes or something.

you're better off using Gravatar option since the other option not really reliable, takes like 5 mins to set up
