So the property displayed in the description text and the property on the item prompt are different. Is it "neutral' or whatever the item prompt says? Also, The part about "ATK + (Upgrade level * Upgrade level) up to a maximum Upgrade Level of 15" and "If the user's base lvel is 70 or higher, For every 10 base levels, ATK +5", does both apply? And is those bonus ATK to your stats or the base weapon ATK? I'm really confused about these weapons. If anyone knows, it would be really helpful to get some clarification.

Can be neutral.
Item prompt has priority. If it says Property: Fire there then the weapon element is Fire.
Both applies.

ATK from those two adds to Equip attack I believe.
