I'm playing ranger lv 131 now need help new to sever and need help

i tried to level in many place but can't one hit place that get alot of exp

and hp is a real big problem white potion is too heavy what should I take?

I have been greeding to get item and was tired of leveling ranger but want it to get 175 so i can go farm in dungeon to make more zeny

this is my first character in this sever

item that I have is :

 

+9 Autumn headband

mini glasses [arc angeling]

+9white wing suit 2ea [porcellio]

+12 bxb

+7 prism rangers scarf

+7 gray wing boot

 

where should I go level?

What item should I get next?

Wouldn't a full White Wing Set give better AS damage?

I agree with Apiong. Full White Wing Set synergizes well with BXB for Arrow Storm damage. I do not know much about how people solo level now as my Ranger got 175 when Bio4 parties were still popular but I noticed that Illusion Payon Dungeon gives generous EXP with bounty boards, not to mention Resentment Soldier Archer drops very valuable card, also Carnium and it's card from Angry Nine Tails.
