Hi, I've opened a ticket but didn't get a response so far.
Here's my issue: I'm trying to recover a dragon saga account whose e-mail is gone. The provider for that address has shut down their services.
I can login on my WarpPortal account just fine because it was linked to facebook, but I can't seem to get my dragon saga's password, and since it's been created in 2011, I'm afraid I won't ever remember it.
Is there anything I can do other than relying on a ticket that got stuck in the limbo?
