When I got out of the event area I didn't know you need a Promotion Fan to get back. So now I'm stuck and can't do the event because I don't have a Promotion Fan and event items can't be dropped or traded so I can't ask someone to give me one. Anyone got an idea how to get one outside the event area?

The event take place in Malangdo which can be accessed through this NPC called 'Odgnalam' in Izlude -> "/navi izlude 182/218"
