Players often call the effect Stone or Stone Curse but the actual in-game name appears to be "Petrify" or "Abnormal Status: Petrify". This is the name given when you check the description of the Mage and Super Novice skill Stone Curse for example.
On the wiki they usually list effects by their common name or direct translations from Korean, as either of those are what most players search for, which is why on the wiki it is called "Stone" and not the localized name of "Petrify".

and when they'll update the "Hallucination" status effect. When it was implemented in kRO the illusion of turtle the effect was modified (It change the direction of the monitor screen instead of wavy and giving crazy numbers).
