I'm playing from SEA and having a horrible time with delay from the moment i pressed the hotkey to the action on screen and rubber banding effect. 

 

Is there any thing I can do to deal with this? 

 

I can't move locations to be nearer the server.

try leatrix latency fix , the good man CM Oda (he's not here anymore) suggest me using this and it works although there are some tiny bit lag cases if you go for woe idk , im using it ever since we merge from pRO...

Hey! I am trying the cFosspeed you suggested as it is the less scary of the suggestion. 

 

How do I know that I have activate the program? And how do I know that it is working? 

 

And how do I deactivate it?

as i understand, this will prioritize all your internet in one stuff (the idea is to keep the game open only, more stuff open, more lag).

Cfosspeed is not doing it for me. It lowers my internet speed and i think it messes with the router. I don’t think i can use this as I share my internet connection with the whole household.

its up to you if you're not using leatrix its your choice but as for me I've been using this since 2015 i have no issues unless the iRO server does or isp...

Does Leatrix affect browsing? streaming? 

 

Also, can it be turned on and off again?

it doesn't affect the browsing or streaming and its not solution for fixing the internet speed all it does is fixing the latency between you and the game server outside country and yes you can turn it off if you're finished playing iRO but for me it always ON because im lazy doing restarting pc for every i turn on or off the leatrix...

If you're playing from the SEA try using wtfast plus leatrix, but for me the server of iRO is located at California therefore if you have a bad ISP and your ping is higher than 120, there is no difference even using ping and lag reducer programs.

•Reset your modem, it can be through browser (U need ID and Pass from your ISP), or just simply push the power button, turn it off and then turn it back on.

 

•Start >>> CMD >>> and then:

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /renew

 

And yes I use Leatrix.
