I was browsing through the older related event on Crack of Dimension and I saw this feedback thread (Once More Unto the Breach - Community Feedback) you guys made last year. It's so disappointing to see that a number of the issues raised by players was not addressed or ever considered. Do you guys just make up this kind of feedback threads to pretend as if player opinions matter to you? Among others, the most annoying part is when we have to talk to the NPC twice to delete and then renew the quest after the cooldown. And as for my case, I actually entered twice and wondering why I did not get a reward. It was my first time doing this as I was in hiatus when this event was first implemented, now I'm reading this old feedback thread and the issue (and a whole lot of other feedback from players) wasn't addressed. It's just a minor request for a little convenience.

Is there any chance to bring Heroic Backpack as a reward on Kachua? Its a really good item for new players and the prices are just insane right now.

Would WP be so kind and revisit and consider retaining Temporal Box to be included in this kachua?
 
The rate of it is too low  + another RNG opening the box.  By including it to this new kachua, atleast it gives more chance to players to get the manteau they need.

 
 I'll add these to the September Kachua Wish List/Suggestions when I send it in so that they see this. Thank you!

Edit: and how many Cupet Coins can be obtained per character? It only says 10 coins needed to gamble, but did not specify how many coins can be obtained per clear.

I'll have to check if we're able to for the rate. But I'll update the webpage about the amount of Cupet Coins awarded. Thanks!

"The costume showed above"- were you referring to the Celine Dress? If so, then it isn't a costume, so it can't be exchanged...

I'm a old returning player and still trying to figure out the new worlds and such, but I have a Costume Poring Letter and it says I can exchange for Costume Enchant Stone Box 7.

 

Where can I find the NPC to exchange my Costume Poring Letter for a Costume Enchant Stone Box 7?

Bummer. Would have liked a shot at a White Lady or Bapho.

 

But at this point, expecting even simple content updates like this is tough. Supposedly the updated Royal Hunt will be coming soon, but I have to admit that I'm still a little worried it's just going to be missing some or all of the new stuff it should have.

If you have the costume in your inventory you can exchange it at a NPC in Malangdo. The fan wiki has more details and has a picture of the mini-map location in the page's Overview section.
