Hello Everyone,

 

This is going to be the final 'Good Morning Ragnarok Online!' that I participate in. The time has come for me to step down from the Ragnarok Online project and move into other roles. Over the last 9 years, we have experienced Ragnarok Online together from the very first quest I wrote (Geffen Invasion) to this last booster event. I will still be around in a limited capacity but will be leaving the RO1 team and focusing more on other areas at Warpportal. I am going to miss every single one of you, including the ones who cause me stress. 

So you may be asking what is next for iRO now that I am passing the project on to the next generation?

Well to give you insight into where we're going, Magus, the new Ragnarok Production Lead, will share what is coming for both iRO and iROT.

Hey guys,

 

It's definitely been a while. As Campitor mentioned, I will be stepping into the shoes as the new Ragnarok Production Lead.  Nice to meet all of the new faces and get reacquainted again after so long. 

 

So to give you guys an update on what's going on short term on iRO:

 

September

• Costume Enchant Stone Box 8 will arrive on Renewal
• Taekwon Kids will be kicking it up a notch on Transcendence
• Royal Hunt Quest will be returning with an updated version

 

Then for long term updates we are currently localizing the following content: 

• Edda Arunafeltz: Halfmoon in the Daylight
• Geffen Magic Tournament Enchants
• Ghost Palace Enchants
• Lv 185 Cap Increase (Includes two new dungeon maps)
• Gameplay Tip Box Update
• Party Booking System Update

I look forward to getting to know this Community again and hope that we can make awesome memories of Ragnarok Online!

Hello Magus, 

 

I hope you have good plans going forward for the Transcendence server. We're barely hanging on the server and now cheaters are rampant on WoE for the past weeks. I hope that one gets handled ASAP. 

Any news if 3rd jobs and level cap increase are in the works for Transcendence server? 
Is there a plan to rework frenzy dungeons, specifically Abyss Lake. (Enemies are too tough for mediocre loots)

Can you make it clear what content will come to RT?

Taekwon means MTK + SL aswell?

Any chance you guys bring 3rd jobs to the server? Or increase the level cap?

Any chance you can open the remaining character slots?

I'm worried that in a "long term updates" there is no new episode mention

Hello not campitor. I’ve notice nothing on here states anything about a new server. Can you please update us on if we should still have no faith in this company or start getting ready to actually play the game again.

what's the point in not revealing what these are? or it's because getting this update is actually still very uncertain and kRO will most likely not keep its promise and eventually gets delayed and pushed to next year. you know kRO things..

Welcome Magus, hate to ask this in your first good afternoon thread, but would it be possible for you to share if you have heard anything about when Focus Arrow Strike will be fixed from the Studio? This bug is in game for more than a year (since skill balance last May) and was posted by many players in many threads.

may i suggest to include an update to the "Quest" system. It's a mess searching for the quest windows once you close it.
