These are my stats and am I doing anything wrong?

 

I donno what other Foxtail staff you can get yet but I do about 3.5 damage on sidewinders and I'm doing Sky Petites right now. What should I aim for gear wise etc?

For physical build, you need to focus on STR and DEX.
Try to get to level 100, and do the doram equipment exchange in Lasagna.

u dont need luk, just few str to start with and focus on getting 120 dex first, for the accessory bonus
