2 hours , 3 people , only 5 dolls drop total
and 15 hats ...
we are on VIP & Gum

Drop rate 3%, what make it difficult is its spawn every 5 minutes,

Or even better suggestion: Make Yao Jun a weekly TI monsters. Then greed all day long.
