My RG seems to be bugged?
Whenever i wear my Imperial Boots. my Increase AGI skill gets stucked at lvl 1 in my skill bar, even when i wear Kirin Horn. My other RGs don't have the same problem. This only started randomly and i don't know exactly when.
anyone else went through this?

do you play any other character that has Inc Agi at the skill bar/gear at all? it often messes up and mixes skill slot/level between the same skill across characters

apparently it happens on other characters too. used my friend's account and its the same thing. one of his characters is stuck at level 1 increase AGI unless you manually drag the skill from the Misc window to the skill bar. its so annoying cause changing maps reverts back to level 1 and i have to drag the skill again from Misc to the skill bar.

Maybe try to "CUT" and paste the file above somewhere else (your desktop maybe), I think you get confused by your own setting because too many character.
it will reset all hotkey setting I believe, and you can start over from scratch, if its not fixing anything you can revert it back by cut and paste the file back to its original place.
