Anyone try this Combo? Im planning to buy ODR if this works..i remember someone post it that this combo did not eliminate the cast time of Storm Blast.. Anyone Answer me?TYIA

iRO's Storm Blast has Variable Cast Time.

 

jRO's has Fixed Cast Time. ODR reduces 100% its FCT. Since you are in iRO, you still have to worry about the skill's VCT.

 

So ODR pretty much does nothing, except if you plan to use it in WoE, where you can get Howling status from Geneticist.

When you get howled, all of your skills get long FCT. If you are wearing this and have eliminated your VCT, you'll still be casting Storm Blast instantly, even when howled. (similar: Crown of the Phoenix and Overbrand)
