Any news about soullinker skill for alchemist? still cant brew slim whites because it requires a super novice

Hello,

 

Several users are reporting Panic! error message. Can you please check and advise how to fix this? (Currently trying to reinstall the game). BTW, can't attach the screenshot here (extension not allowed).

 

Update: Even after reinstallation it shows the same message after few minutes. Raised a ticket already with error message screenshot. Hope that our VIP's get compensated. (2F2-28F6E132-0041)

I believe I posted the answer to this somewhere, but even I can't find it now, I apologize.  Basically what I was told was- for the moment, this is the reason why we made mass brewing NPCs as an alternative. Thanks!
