Good day everyone! I'm from The Philippines and currently we have ROMSP revo-classic official server. I managed to create a warp portal account and download the client for iRO however I tried several times to create a Ragnarok Online account but none of those are not appearing.

Is The Philippines blocked from creating game account under iRO?

Philippines is not blocked. iRO is the official Renewal server for the Philippines. Make sure you click the "Account Information" after creating and logging in to your Warp Portal account. It should direct you to a page with a blue clickable button that says "To create a new game account". Another page will open asking you to select which game account would you like to create. Just click "Ragnarok Online" for iRO Renewal Servers Chaos and Thor (not to be confused with Ragnarok 2 and Ragnarok Transcedence). Just fill in what is being asked, tick the check box for the Terms of Service Agreement and then click "Register".

Hi thanks for the reply, I already did that many times tho after doing it some message like "enable javascript on your browser thingy" still havn't registered any of my attempts. Some says it should be added automatically but many hours passed nothing happens.

Then it must be a browser app issue. You should try another browser. I'm using Chrome and it works just fine.

Thanks, although I did used Chrome, tried Microsoft Edge and still no progress.

You can try doing this:

Enable JavaScript in Google Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More. Settings.
3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
4. Under 'Privacy and security', click Content settings.
5. Click JavaScript.
6. Turn on Allowed (recommended).

 

Also, clearing cache or cookies sometimes do the trick.

Sad to say none of the ways are not working, I allowed the site warp portal to run java script on my browser but still the same pop up message "please enable javascript..."

and no game account was registered.

You can try using a different browser like Firefox. If it doesn't work, we have to wait until Mayari (Community Manager) pops in and help you with it. I'd suggest that you may want to file a support ticket for this but you will need to register another account (separate/different from your WP account). Anyway, there's no harm in trying so here's the link https://support.warpportal.com/Main/

thanks, for the registration it is possible to use the same email used in WP or should be different?

I'm not pretty sure but if I remember correctly, you can use the same e-mail.

Done on registration, however how can I report this if in the 1st place some of the required fields like server, account ID, name etc are not present at the moment because I can't create a Ragnarok Online Game account?

When choosing department, just select "Warp Portal Website Issues" since it is an issue on WP game account creation. Fill in and submit the form.

Hello everyone is there any solution to this? I tried many browsers and enabled their javascript but still got this same message.

 

"Please enable Javascript on your browser. 

Flash is no longer supported by browsers."

I already did, also downloaded many browsers then enabled their javascript but still same pop up message.

Good news I solved the problem! Thank you so much Nicomatics for the help, the solution was I think simple, go to girlfriend and use her browser /heh.

It's a browser issue because I can not buy WP Energy under, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc. PaleMoon works as well as Opera GX and Valvaldi. Try those if anyone has issues.

Thanks man! tho I'm now at chaos hehe, the top up is down on most of my browsers I guess I need to go to gf again but is it really down?
