As for the whole costume box/enchant stone discussion, I have forwarded everything to the team, so they are aware of everything that was said. I don't have any official response to share about it right now, but hopefully this feedback will lead to some kind of change.

Let me preface this with a reminder I'm just a volunteer and not WP staff.

As was mentioned before, if you have an issue with the items you've purchased and still have all of the items on your characters (e.g not sold the rare ones to other players or moved ones you may want to keep to characters on other accounts) the GM team might be willing to help remove all 30 items you purchased and restore the KP if you were to file a ticket and request they look into the matter. Generally the GM team is given some latitude on matters like this and assuming they agree to refund your purchase you would then have the option of waiting for a Costume Firesale to purchase the costumes related to the Costume Box 8 reward. One factor in your favor is currently there is no exchange option for the costumes at all, which you can mention to the GM team as historically most costumes did have exchanges when they were released. Alternatively you can enjoy the costumes for what they are and customize your character with the rather nice options that came in this month's box. For any extra costumes you may have after customizing your characters you can sell them to other players or exchange them for the new stone box which will be announced at a later time.

 

That said, please don't derail the comments on this week's maintenance further on this matter as it is not something that can be handled on the forums and would need the GM's assistance to be resolved.

 

Thank you, IceCreamCake! I agree that if he's not profiting off from the costumes and submitted a ticket already, it's right to give him a refund.

 

However, if he has profitted off it already by selling the costumes (and they are selling well) in the market and not sending a ticket, then he already took that option out himself as he didn't take ownership of the issue.

 

I get that he wanted the rare casting stone in the previous box but it's not enough reason to flame here and not follow proper steps like sending a ticket out and raising it to the proper department. (Forum members can't fix that.)

 

The team can learn from his pain point moving forward, by being transparent about the box exchange status.

Hi, CMMayari! Will iRO ever get the Star Emperor+Soul Reaper Update? I don't understand why this update has been left on the back burner for the longest time now. It would suck if 185 is implemented first when Star Gladiators and Soul Linkers are left at lv99. Also, it is most likely that by the time the Star Emperor+Soul Reaper do get implemented, they would still not covered by the 185 level cap but prolly capped at 150 or 160 or 175.
